The People’s Cheese Final 2026

Join us on Saturday 17 October at the beautiful St Mary’s Church, Wendover, for an unforgettable evening celebrating Britain’s finest artisan cheese. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, taste all four People’s Cheese finalists, and watch the nation’s favourite cheese crowned live. Hosted by comedian Marcus Brigstocke, with fellow Quicke’s cheesemaker Jane Quicke, the evening also features an expert judging panel including Lucy Cufflin, Chris Dawson, Ceri Cryer and Jonathan Pearcey. The finalists were chosen by hundreds of members of the public after tasting more than 20 outstanding cheeses. Expect exceptional cheese, laughter, great stories and plenty of surprises. Doors open 5.00 pm.
